I kept pretty close to the sketch this time, only substituting the flower with some fishtail banner flags. I added some cute little bows in between to fill the gaps. (It looked a little bare without it.) This paper from Dear Lizzy Neapolitan was perfect for my theme. It looks so springy and pretty, especially on the pink card base.
