PS Toot Toot Beep Beep

My second card for the Designer Drafts challenge on Paper Smooches Sparks using the inlaid stamping technique with the Spiffy Scooters stamp and Spiffy Icons die.  After die cutting my Basic Grey paper, I stamped within the area and paper pieced/coloured my scooter.  I layered a yellow polkadot paper vertically behind.  I also used the tiny star to do some stamping down the bottom.  By double stamping, it almost looks like I used two different inks.  But it's just the one - Memento Summer Sky.  My favorite part about this card is the popped cloud with Toot. Toot. Beep. Beep. on it.  :)  It just wouldn't be the same without it!

Using my leftover diecut piece, I created on last card.  I paired it with an oldie but goodie, MFT You Move Me, which has lots of coordinating sentiments to use in combination with Paper Smooches Spiffy Scooters, as well as the handy tire mark used below.

PS - Just Roll With It

Here's my first card using Spiffy Scooters by Paper Smooches.  This is for the Designer Drafts challenge.  Here's the sketch:

I love this set.  It was so much fun putting together.  I used plain light grey and dark grey from my scraps, as well as some Basic Grey paper to paper piece the scooter.  I blinged the lights and mirrors with MME Record ''All Things Chalk'', Doodlebug Mini Pearls Spring Assortment, and some rhinestones.  I did my sentiment below the scooter with some clouds on both sides.  I layered a vellum polkadot piece from Daiso underneath.   Drop by papersmoochessparks.blogspot.com to join in the challenge!

Bread Needs Jam!

:)  So this post's title is not the actual sentiment I used...but that is what the pictures say!  This week was my first time doing the Paper Smooches Designer Drafts.  Here was their draft:

I just thought of two fun things together and I decided on bread (with arms and bulging eyes...and the tongue out) and a cute jar of jam (just look at that smile).  Just in case you didn't know it, I added some strawberries by masking the jar and front berry as I did the stamping.  Love how that turned out.  For my flags/banners, I just used washi tape.  I have so much of it and they just went with what I needed.  I used the sentiment have a nice day and added few enamel dots around it.  Are you a fan of the Wake Up set?? I love it!!
